Licenses for Internal and External Distribution

Terms and Conditions

Single-user License: The single-user license is designed for the use primarily of one individual. It is not to be distributed to multiple individuals inside or outside an organization.

Single-site License: The single-site license is designed for single-site printers, marketers, and other producers and users of these technologies who want to use the report as an internal educational tool. The single-site license entitles purchasers to unlimited distribution to employees, clients, and prospects for the purpose of education. This license does not grant the purchaser permission to resell the report.

Enterprise License: The enterprise license is designed for multi-site printers, marketers, and other producers and users of these technologies who want to use the report as an educational tool. The global license entitles multi-site purchasers to unlimited distribution to employees, clients, and prospects for the purpose of education. This license does not grant the purchaser permission to resell the report.

Vendor and Association License: Vendor and association license entitles vendors of hardware, software, and other technologies to purchase the report as an educational tool for their customers and members on a single-user basis. If those customers and members wish to re-distribute the report within their organizations or to their customers and prospects, a separate single-site or global license will be required.
